MOLD REMEDIATION

Our product is effective in killing mold and mold spores and neutralizes trichothecene mycotoxins which cannot be completely removed with traditional methods. PDS uses the fogging process to neutralize the air in all affected areas. When treating for mold contamination, we also include treatment of the HVAC system. Importance in the remediation process:

When using the PDS solution, a so called “safe zone” will be in effect for several hours. This dwell time is when damaged materials may be safely removed from the structure. All materials affected by mold and mold spores can be effectively fogged again after remediation procedures. Textiles may also be treated as per PDS protocol. The HVAC system is also a huge concern. With our solution we turn on the fan and fog directly into the cold air return, pulling the solution throughout the entire duct system. Cross-contamination is not a concern! PDS offers the only 100% safe process that completely deactivates mold, mold spores, hypha, mycelium and neutralizes mycotoxins and other toxic compounds. ODORS / SMOKE DECONTAMINATION

Our product is a safe, non-toxic neutralizer that effectively eliminates odors caused by microorganisms and the root causes. It was specially designed to remediate the effects of fire and smoke on all surfaces and structures. Our product eliminates the toughest of smoke odors by cleaving aromatic organic rings from charred wood and scorched rubber wiring. It effectively eliminates a wide variety of odors from bacteria, fungi, sewage, cigarettes, cigars, pet odors, and many more from your home, vehicle, or business. When treating for smoke and/or odor decontamination, we also include treatment of the HVAC system.

HVAC SYSTEM SANITIZING/DISINFECTING

Minimizes microbial growth such as mold and bacteria in your duct system. Air Duct Sanitizing/Disinfecting is often used when people have allergies or are moving into a previously occupied home. It is also quite effective in eliminating odors from within the duct work.

CHEMICAL / BIOLOGICAL

Effective against pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella choleraesuis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and blood-borne pathogens such as HIV. Our product has the ability to disinfect, deodorize, and clean chemical toxins and affects. ** Warning **

Don’t be fooled by other products.  There are other mold remediation companies that treat with chemicals and/or sell “do it yourself” fogging kits.  The only other products, that effectively reduce mold, are toxic to use, flammable, can be explosive, and leave a residue.  Our solution is non-toxic and is administered through a fog type application. Other methods used, such as ozone and ultraviolet light have proven ineffective and hazardous. While settled spores and hypha fragments may be vacuumed from contaminated surfaces with some degree of success, often by-products cannot be removed without damage, or leaving residues of mycotoxins and microbial volatile organic compounds (mVOC’s).
